    RETURNS & EXCHANGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit or exchange.


    All returning items must be in its original condition. That means brand new.  Your order will be inspected upon return.  Washed or worn items will not be accepted. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

     

    RETURNS

    All returns will be accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.

     

    RETURN PROCESS

    Store Credit will be offered 30 days from purchase. 

    To return an item, please email support@firstsmokeoftheday.com to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and our support team will provide the address to ship it back to.

    Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

     

    REFUNDS

    After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least (15) days from the receipt of the item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

     

    Non-returnable items:
    Gift cards and clothing
    Final sale items such as the Mystery Box or Warehouse Sale.

    For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

    Please note:

    • A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
    • Sale items are FINAL SALe and cannot be returned.
